This Couples Workshop is an opportunity for expectant parents to prepare for labor and childbirth together.
During the afternoon, couples will learn and practice
yoga, relaxation, massage and breathing techniques in order to
cultivate a greater understanding, enjoyment and confidence in
pregnancy, labor and childbirth.
This workshop will give both parents specific tools and techniques to encourage a supportive and positive childbirth experience.
This workshop is recommended for couples anytime during
their second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Prior experience of any
kind is absolutely not necessary.
