12:30 - 1:00 Kids Yoga 3-5 yrs. old

Gentle and relaxing yoga poses along with calming breathing and visualization techniques will soothe your child before bedtime.

Milk and cookies will be served after the class, then sweet dreams to follow!

Classes will run as follows in Studio 3 on:

Saturdays: March 13, April 17, May 8

Ages 2 - 4	4:00 - 4:45 pm
Ages 5 - 8	5:15 - 6:15pm
