Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This website is operated by 3in1 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the information described below. If you have any question about this policy, contact us using the form on this site.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our contact form. That is:

Some of this is sensitive personal information about your health and family life. You choose how much to share, and you are not obliged to give more detail than you are comfortable with. Please do not include information about other people without their knowledge.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. A session cookie is set purely to keep the contact form secure while you fill it in.

Why we hold it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to decide, with you, whether one of our programmes is a good fit. We do not use it for marketing, and we never sell it.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. Because the information concerns your health and family circumstances, we rely on your explicit consent to handle it at all. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered by email to our practice inbox and read only by those who need to respond to you. We share your information with third parties only where our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf, or where the law requires disclosure — for example, where there is a serious risk to someone's safety.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to us working together, we delete it within twelve months. If it does, your information becomes part of your client record and is kept for as long as professional practice requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Contact us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection regulator.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending anything highly sensitive that you would not want disclosed if a message went astray.
